Marygrove Conservancy
Marygrove Conservancy is a nonprofit organization focused on transforming the 53-acre Marygrove College campus into a resource for high-quality uses in the community. The campus is a centerpiece for the P20 Educational program serving the members of northwest Detroit. During the multi-year transformation, BDC Consulting is providing expertise in the areas of assessment, planning, and the always-evolving building process. Integration of all team members (Contractors, Vendors, Architects, Etc.) is a key component as we weave the relationships and processes into the existing campus culture.

IFF
On behalf of the Marygrove Conservancy, IFF is using their leadership, capital and real estate solutions to help create a high-quailty space for local Detroit residents. BDC Consulting has partnered with IFF and Marygrove Conservancy in the planning and building phases of the Early Childhood Education building. Upon completion, the brand new facility will serve as a state of the art educational space for children ages 0-5 serving nearby residents.

Detroit Public Theatre
The Detroit Public Theatre sought a fresh venue to showcase its nationally recognized plays and programs. They enlisted the help of BDC Consulting to create a new space in the vibrant cultural district of Midtown Detroit. The newly renovated area features a welcoming gathering space for patrons, alongside a distinctive black box theatre that offers flexibility for the local theatre community.

Speramus Partners
Speramus Partners is rehabilitating an old dilapidated building in Detroit into a beautiful place for local residents to gather. While the master plan and vision of the project are set, BDC Consulting has been engaged to help make that plan a reality. BDC Consulting is acting as owner's representative throughout the building process.

The study aimed to understand the potential commercial real estate uses for the space to help fund the library while optimizing the prime real estate in downtown Ann Arbor.

440 Congress Garage LLC
440 Congress Garage LLC envisioned this prime lot becoming a hot parking destination for downtown city goers. BDC Consulting assisting in the investigative portion of their visionary project. BDC helped with assembling a pre-construction team to evaluate construcutability, perform a financial analysis, and ultimatiely determine project viability.
