Marygrove Conservancy

Marygrove Conservancy is a nonprofit organization focused on transforming the 53-acre Marygrove College campus into a resource for high-quality uses in the community. The campus is a centerpiece for the P20 Educational program serving the members of northwest Detroit. During the multi-year transformation, BDC Consulting is providing expertise in the areas of assessment, planning, and the always-evolving building process. Integration of all team members (Contractors, Vendors, Architects, Etc.) is a key component as we weave the relationships and processes into the existing campus culture.

Oakland Hills Country Club

BDC Consulting is privileged to serve as Owner’s Representative for the new clubhouse at Oakland Hills Country Club - one of the most prestigious and historic golf institutions in the nation. In this role, BDC acts as the Club’s advocate and trusted partner, guiding every aspect of planning, design, and construction to ensure that the project reflects the Club’s legacy of excellence and its vision for the future.

Our team provides strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership - managing consultants, coordinating construction partners, monitoring budgets and schedules, and ensuring that decisions remain aligned with the Club’s goals. We serve as the direct link between ownership and project execution, protecting the Club’s interests while maintaining transparency and collaboration across all stakeholders.

The new clubhouse will stand as a testament to precision, craftsmanship, and respect for tradition. Through careful stewardship and a commitment to quality at every level, BDC Consulting is helping Oakland Hills create a home worthy of its history - and a destination ready to inspire generations to come.

KIPP Detroit

KIPP Detroit Imani Academy, founded and led by Detroit locals, is a school dedicated to serving children in the Cody Rouge community. Their objective is to construct a state-of-the-art facility, designed to be the perfect learning environment for students from Kindergarten to 12th grade. The school aims to provide education that empowers students to reach their full potential and pursue limitless opportunities in the future. To accomplish this vision, BDC Consulting has been appointed as the owner's representative responsible for assessing, planning, and overseeing the construction of this new facility.

Birmingham Athletic Club
