Acting as your liaison, we will help you develop your plan and align all your partners with it. We will manage general contractors, perform constructability reviews, oversee architect(s), ensure an overall schedule and manage the budget. Don’t worry – we’ll keep you in the loop with regular progress meetings too!
Build It.
Now the real fun begins. It’s time to see all that hard work come to fruition! We’ll stay with you until absolutely everything is perfect. Our team will compile a punch list checklist, assist in the procurement of a Certificate of Occupancy, and more. Before we go, we’ll ensure your project is fully operational.
